Our service desk is supported by our first and second level support. In order to ensure high quality service and reliability we control all of our service processes via our ticketing system. Since we know that malfunctions can occur outside of office hours that need to be resolved immediately, followed-up or even escalated, we are committed to providing our customers with 24/7 availability. Our response time commitments are defined by our service level agreements, which can be tailored to your requirements. Our first line of engineers are there to assist you in German or English, even during critical production events, 24 hours a day, each day of the year. SONOVTS Media is the “single point of contact” for your service projects and your trusted service partner for maximizing system uptime and reducing total cost of ownership (TCO).

HOTLINE / REMOTE SERVICE

Customers without a separate service contract can reach our service hotline, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. Your service request will immediately be answered by our service desk. You will receive a ticketing number and your request will be then processed as soon as possible. If a tailored remote access is available, our service engineers will be able to log into your system in the event of a malfunction. Customers with a service contract can contact the phone number given in their contract which is available 24/7 under the terms of the agreement.
